Maryland Community For LifeSM-Talbot (formerly Talbot Village Connections) offers innovative options for safe and healthy aging for seniors aged 65 and older who live in Talbot County and wish to live independently in their own homes.  

Our Talbot Aging Well program offers a guaranteed package of services that include these core services and more:

  • Service Navigation
  • Home Maintenance
  • Home Maintenance and Safety Assessment
  • Transportation
  • Social and Educational Programs

We are a fee-based membership program supported by a Service Navigator, licensed home maintenance professionals, and a Volunteers Corp. 

We invite you to learn more about us and sign up to be a member, volunteer, service provider or supporter.
